in search of my inner motivation to do work. omg.
I am emoing again after lunch... why do i always wait till submission date is very near then will have the motivation to work on my assignment.. that is so unhealty maybe just because i dont like to study what can i do then? i am such a useless person. used to lazy life. omg i should wake up cos ive been sleeping for a year. nearly 2 years. i shal not let history repeat itself how can i prevent it? shall him be my motivation for everything? scoring good grades for him? i think i should cos he's my only motivation now. I SHALL CHANGE FOR A BETTER~

My diet diary~
What's my secret behind my weight lost all these months back.
There's nothing special, I have not been excercising so much like what people say going on diet in order to lose weight you have to do extremely tiring workouts.
No people, the only thing i have been doing is lesser carbohydrate and more protein food for months you will lose weight damn quickly. i reduced from 63kg to now 50kg. a total of 13kg aye? still more to lose to my ideal weight of my height 154cm i need to achieve 43kg at least to look great.way to go. another 7kg to go.=]
here's a share of my photos from 63kg half year ago started last year nov till june now.
My detail plan:
Lesser carbohydrate how lesser means less?
only 2 table spoonful of rice each meal
how much or protein and deitary fibre intake
one palm size of meat and veg which you will be able to feel you're 70 percent full every meal
only take 2 meals a day
within a week i only eat for five days which means my two weekends are without food at all due to busy work.
how to achieve a full meal with lesser food intake is to drink a glass of water before everymeal that will make you feel full even before you start to eat.
and most importantly determination always have a specific and realistic goals reduce by 5kg bit by bit... always select what you can eat to satisfy your craving not just to fill your stomach. No sweet candies and fast food as i have already cut down m y intake of Mc spicy my favourite dish you can find in mcd... deliciously yummy and oliy..
and so till now as of now when im typing down this entry. im actually started my new diet plan to lose further weight i have been drinking detox tea for nearly a month i dun really see effects though but i did saw my weight went down to 49kg omg.. so shockingly right....i am still continue very hard now to reduce more. i will update regularly once im at 40plus to my ideal weight... it's gonna be a one year plan. no dieting plan is overnight or days only it take year maybe...
It may not be a healthy diet but for the sake of looking prettier i have to give up something and suffer. that's all
